Every family is different, so we make therapy sessions as flexible as possible to fit your child’s needs and your routine. Sessions can be held in our clinic, or we can come to your child’s school, kindy, daycare, or even your home.
We find that 45 minutes is the sweet spot — long enough for children to make great progress toward their goals, while keeping energy, focus, and motivation high.
We know every child is unique, so we’re happy to adjust with shorter or longer sessions when needed.
All sessions are billed at $193.99 per hour, which includes behind-the-scenes time for clinical notes, planning, and preparation — so you know your child’s therapy is supported every step of the way.

Therapy Review: The Stepping Stone Approach

At Join the Conversation, we see therapy as a journey made up of many small stepping stones.
Each term, we pause to celebrate the progress your child has made and decide together which stone to step onto next.
That might mean:
- Stepping forward into another term of therapy to keep building skills
- Pausing on a stone to take a well-earned break while you use strategies at home
- Reaching the final stone and celebrating discharge when your child has achieved their goals
These regular reviews ensure therapy always moves at the right pace — keeping it focused, flexible, and tailored to your child’s unique journey.
