💳 Travel cost breakdown:

• Time: Travel time (up to 30 minutes each way) is charged at $1.61 per minute.
• Distance: Travel distance is charged at $0.99 per km.

⏱ Travel is billed clearly and fairly – no surprises:

• Travel is always rounded to the nearest 5 minutes, so you’ll only pay for the time it actually takes.

Sometimes the best way to understand how a child communicates is to see them in action. Observations can take place at school, kindy, daycare, or home, giving us a clear picture of how your child interacts with their peers, teachers, and family in their natural environment.

Perfect for families who:

• Want to understand how their child communicates in real-life settings
• Have educators raising questions or concerns about their child’s learning or participation
• Would like to see if their child’s communication is different at home vs. school
• Are looking for goals and strategies that fit naturally into everyday routines

What does this look like?

We’ll spend time watching your child in different situations — for example, during classroom activities, play, or lunch breaks — to see how their communication skills show up across the day. 

This helps us build a more complete understanding of their strengths and challenges. 

These sessions can be especially helpful for setting practical, meaningful goals and supporting your child where they spend most of their time.

Each observation includes:
⏱ 90 minutes direct observation + 15 minutes behind-the-scenes work (notes, planning, resources, team liaison)
🤝 Communication with educators or carers to share insights

• Would like support navigating NDIS meetings or planning discussions
• Value clear, consistent communication between home, school, and therapy

We’re happy to consult with and collaborate with other professionals in your child’s life including:

• GPs and specialists
• Other allied health providers
• Daycares, schools, and teachers
• NDIS support coordinators and care providers

This may involve attending multi-disciplinary (MDT) meetings, team conferences, or planning discussions. Our role is to ensure your child’s goals and progress are clearly communicated, creating consistency across home, school, and therapy.

"Helping therapy happen at home"

💳 Fee: Pro rata $193.99/hour

⏱ Includes: 10 minutes of preparation and documentation

Perfect for families who:

• Want extra support and structure between therapy sessions
• Would like to reduce the frequency of session or pause regular therapy sessions but still want support to keep practising at home
• Feel confident they can set aside time for regular practice in everyday routines
• Like having clear, practical activities to use at home to make the most of their child’s therapy goals

A home program is designed around your child’s therapy goals and your family’s routines, so activities feel practical and achievable. This may also be used in between blocks of therapy, giving families a break from regular sessions while still supporting progress at home.
Home programs can be a great way to make the most of therapy, but they may not be the right fit for every child or every stage of therapy. They are only offered for current clients, as we need a full understanding of your child’s strengths and needs before creating something tailored just for them.

What it is: A detailed report of your child’s communication &/or feeding profile based on the assessments completed with personalised recommendations.

⏱ Includes: 60–120 mins clinician time for analysis and report writing (longer if your child has multiple or complex difficulties).

Best for: Families seeking diagnostic clarification, in-depth analysis, or formal documentation.

What it is: A brief summary letter of current goals, progress, and recommendations.

Best for: Quick updates for schools, kindys, or GPs.

What it is: A detailed report covering progress, current goals, recommendations, and next steps.
