Every child’s journey is different, and so are the supports that families seek along the way.
A speech pathologist can help your child work towards goals in areas like speech sounds, language, social communication, literacy, stuttering, and feeding.
Explore the sections below to see the kinds of support we can target together to help your child thrive!

Some children struggle to understand what others say (receptive language) or to put their own thoughts into words (expressive language). We help children build the skills to understand, express, and connect with confidence.
If your child’s speech is hard to understand or they mix up sounds, they might need help with speech clarity.
We support children to pronounce sounds more clearly so they can be understood by others with ease.
We help children learn the skills they need to connect with others in a way that feels natural and meaningful to them. This might include things like understanding body language, taking turns in conversation, or learning how to express themselves confidently in different situations.

If your child repeats sounds, stretches out words, or gets stuck trying to speak, they might need support with fluency (sometimes called stuttering). With gentle, tailored support, we build confidence and make talking feel easier.

Some children find eating tricky — they may struggle with chewing, swallowing, trying new foods, or moving from breast/bottle to solids. We support safe, positive mealtimes and help build skills at your child’s pace.

If your child finds it hard to learn letters, sound out words, or spell, they might need support with literacy.
We help build strong foundations in reading and writing to boost your child’s confidence and success at school.
